DELIVERY
SilverBox Online is a small family run internet business based in North East Lincolnshire in the UK. We aim to get your orders to you a speedily as possible with most orders being despatched within 48 hours and many despatched same day. We will contact you should we anticipate any sort of extended delay.All orders are sent via first class post (airmail for non UK orders) and may require a signature upon delivery.
DEADLINES
As many gifts are obviously for Wedding, birthdays, anniversaries etc which are time critical do let us know if you have a deadline, equally if you need something in a real hurry let us know so we can do our best to ensure your item is with you in good time. We can also deliver directly to your friends and relatives, ensuring that the documentation is sent to your own address.
YOUR ADDRESS
To help us get your package to you as quickly as possible please double check your postal address to ensure that it includes house number or name, street, town and postcode. If being sent to a works address please ensure the company name is included. You may indicate this in the Special Instructions space. Unfortunately, we do not accept responsibility should your package not reach you therefore we strongly recommend you chose the recorded delivery option when selecting your shipping method.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard shipping is by airmail.
Target delivery times..
Within Europe approx 3-5 working days from day of despatch.
Rest of the World approx 7-10 working days from day of despatch.
Caveat Emptor. Please note that whilst we will ship to many locations around the world we have no control over Customs/Border control and postal delivery within any given country. As such we accept no responsibility for late/non arrival of any order to be delivered outside of the UK.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All shipping charges are dependant upon weight and destination, starting at £1.75 for the UK, and £5.95 for the rest of the world. The actual charges are shown before checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery but before you are asked to confirm the order.
RETURNS
Whether it's not the right colour, the wrong size, wrong fit, unsuitable or you have simply changed your mind, return your order to us within 14 days for a full refund (or exchange if you'd prefer).

It is recommended that you send your returns back to SilverBox Online using recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products. Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
